Pulp & Paper
Pulp & Paper reagents are prepared solutions for the chemical tests run in paper mills and pulp processing laboratories. Process chemists and mill QC technicians use them where a method needs a specific concentration ready at the bench.
Nine Reagecon solutions are listed, including acetic acid at 20% v/v and barium chloride solutions at 10% w/v and 12% w/v, with the 10% solution available in more than one pack size. Having both barium chloride strengths listed lets a laboratory follow its method exactly rather than adjusting a general-purpose solution.
Choose by the concentration written in your test procedure and by how much you use per week, picking the larger pack where throughput is high. Mills that also monitor process water will find pH buffers, conductivity standards and turbidity standards under Electrochemistry. Send us a question or request a quotation for a strength not shown here.
