The Jeio Tech VDC-31U, 35 Litre Cubic Vacuum Desiccator is constructed as an integrally moulded cubic box, producing excellent vacuum capability with no leakage and great durability. This transparent laboratory desiccator has a vacuum gauge displayed on its front door allowing users to easily check vacuum levels. With its stackable and space-saving design, samples can be placed efficiently inside the desiccator.
Features
- Maximum vacuum of 1 Torr (1.33 x 10-4Mpa) for more than 72 hours
- High quality silicone gasket ensures greaseless airtight seal for the clean and cost effective test environment
- Highly transparent, shatter-proof, non-corrosive and has an easy-to-clean polycarbonate (PC) construction
- Three-way stopcock provides great convenience for consistent and uniform vacuum draw, vacuum release or gas exchange. The barbed fitting on each side secures attachment of tubing. Additional three-way stopcocks are installable (max. 4 stopcocks)
- Maximised utilisation of internal space using a maximum four to six shelves depending on the product size
- Stackable space-saving design allowing efficient usage of cramped lab space
- Easy vacuum level checking, using the vacuum gauge attached to the front door
- UV blocking coating minimises damage to or discolouration of light-sensitive samples
