Prestained protein ladder

A prestained protein ladder is a mixture of coloured protein bands used to follow electrophoresis progress and estimate molecular weight on SDS-PAGE gels and blots. Molecular biology, biochemistry and diagnostics laboratories use them in routine protein work.

The five GVS listings cover two molecular weight ranges, 10 to 180 kDa and 10 to 250 kDa, each supplied as a single pack. Choose the 180 kDa ladder for most routine gels, and the 250 kDa version when larger proteins must be resolved and sized on the same gel.
