RPC Desalting plate
The RPC desalting plate is a 96-well reversed-phase sample preparation plate for desalting many peptide or protein samples at once. Proteomics core facilities, biopharmaceutical analytics groups and screening laboratories use it where single cartridges would be too slow.
GVS lists three loadings in this section, each sold as a single plate: 50 mg, 100 mg and 150 mg of sorbent per 1.5 mL well. All three share the same well format, so the choice is purely about how much material each sample contains and how much sorbent is needed to hold it.
For routine digests the 50 mg plate is usually sufficient; move to 100 mg or 150 mg for concentrated samples or larger sample volumes. Run the plates on a 96-well vacuum manifold from the SPE accessories range. The single-cartridge RPC desalting column and the C18 desalting plate are listed alongside.
