C18 Desalting plate

The C18 desalting plate puts reversed-phase clean-up into a 96-well format so that dozens of peptide or protein samples can be desalted in one run. High-throughput proteomics, screening and bioanalytical groups use it in place of single cartridges.

GVS offers two configurations here: 50 mg of C18 sorbent per 1.5 mL well, in packs of four plates, and 80 mg per 2 mL well, in packs of ten. Both are processed on a 96-well vacuum manifold, with the larger well volume giving more room for sample and wash solvent on each cycle.

Choose the 50 mg plate for low-mass samples and the 80 mg plate when larger digests or bigger sample volumes are involved. For single samples, the C18 desalting column in the same chromatography consumables range uses the same sorbent in cartridge form. Lancetech Limited will quote on request.
