Vials for chromatography are the 11.6 x 32 mm screw neck containers that HPLC and GC autosamplers pick from, and this section lists the Macherey-Nagel range used by analytical laboratories across the UK.
The 373 listings include 1.5 mL screw neck vials with N 8 thread, clear glass, flat bottom and a small opening, supplied with a label and scale in packs of 100. N 9 thread vials add a 1.1 mL version with a 15 µL funnel formed in the solid glass bottom and a vial with an integrated 0.2 mL conical insert. Separate 0.25 mL inserts, 5 mm wide and 31 mm tall with a flat bottom, fit the small-opening vials for low-volume samples.
Decide the thread first, N 8 or N 9, to match your caps and autosampler, then choose between a standard vial, an insert or a funnel-bottom vial by the sample volume you have. Send us your vial and cap requirement for a quotation.
