SUP-RP

SUP-RP is a compact section of the HPLC Columns range devoted to Vintage Chrom Vintage Sync Supreme RP columns, a 10 µm reversed-phase packing on an 80 Å pore. It is aimed at laboratories running robust, higher-loading reversed-phase methods rather than high-efficiency analytical work.

Fourteen columns are listed across four formats: 50 x 4 mm, 50 x 4.6 mm, 125 x 4 mm and 125 x 4.6 mm. The 50 mm lengths keep pressure and solvent use down for quick checks and guard-style clean-up, while the 125 mm lengths provide the resolution for routine assays.

Consider the Supreme RP phase alongside the Sync Aqua RP columns in the SAQ-RP section; both share the 80 Å pore and 10 µm particle, so the choice comes down to the selectivity your analytes need.
