NAPP-C18
NAPP-C18 holds the Vintage Chrom Nappa C18(2) reversed-phase HPLC columns. Pharmaceutical, cosmetics and environmental laboratories use this octadecyl phase for routine quantitative assays, stability studies and impurity methods.
The 54 listings are built on 100 Å silica with C18(2) bonding in 3 µm, 5 µm and 10 µm particle sizes, offered in 125 mm lengths with 4 mm or 4.6 mm internal diameters. The Nappa family also includes C8, C5, cyano, amino, PFP, phenyl hexyl and silica phases on the same base, so you can screen several selectivities on identical hardware.
Start with 5 µm particles for a new method, then move to 3 µm if critical pairs need more resolution or 10 µm if loading matters more than efficiency. Keep bore and length constant when transferring a validated method. Lancetech Limited can quote any Nappa C18(2) format.
