Japanese Pharmacopoeia

Japanese Pharmacopoeia reagents are test solutions, stock solutions and buffers made according to JP monographs. They serve pharmaceutical QC and analytical laboratories that test products for the Japanese market or validate methods against JP requirements.

Twenty-one Reagecon items are listed, including a 0.2M Sodium Phosphate mobile phase buffer at pH 6.8 for HPLC, Ammonia Test Solution, Arsenic Stock Solution and Calcium Chloride 75 g/L test solution. Each is described as prepared according to the Japanese Pharmacopoeia.

Test solutions (TS) are used as written in the monograph, while stock solutions are diluted to a working concentration, so check which form your method calls for.
