High Protein Recovery
High Protein Recovery HPLC columns are wide-pore Vintage Chrom Bio phases intended for separations of proteins where sample recovery from the column matters. Biopharmaceutical, proteomics and protein-purification laboratories use them for intact proteins and large peptides.
The 108 listings are 125 × 4 mm columns with 3 µm and 5 µm particles, supplied with either 400 Å or 700 Å pores. Both pore sizes are large enough for most proteins to enter the packing freely, which reduces the peak broadening and adsorptive loss seen on standard small-pore media.
Choose 400 Å for proteins up to mid-range molecular weight and 700 Å for larger proteins or aggregates. The 3 µm packing gives higher resolution of closely related variants, while 5 µm suits higher loads and lower pressures. Send us the protein class you work with and we will suggest a column and quotation.
