Cryogenic Tube

Cryogenic Tubes are polypropylene vials for freezing and storing cells, tissue and biological samples at low temperature. Cell banking, biobanking and research laboratories fill them for long-term frozen storage.

Sixteen GVS tubes are listed. Options shown include 1 mL and 2 mL volumes, all with an external thread cap, in round-bottom, self-standing and star-feet designs, supplied in packs of 500.

Self-standing and star-feet tubes stay upright on the bench without a rack, while plain round-bottom tubes are meant for racks and canes. External thread caps are standard across the range, so check the cap style against any automated decapping equipment you use.
