Chinese Pharmacopoeia

Chinese Pharmacopoeia reagents are standard and reference solutions prepared according to the ChP for pharmaceutical QC. Laboratories testing products destined for the Chinese market, or working to ChP monographs, use them for colour comparison and related monograph tests.

The 84 Reagecon listings include the primary colour standard solutions used in ChP colour testing, namely Cobaltous Chloride, Cupric Sulfate and Potassium Dichromate standard solutions, together with numbered Colour Reference Solutions such as No.2 Orange Red that are used directly for comparison.
