Vintage Maverick C4 is a wide-pore reversed-phase column for proteins and large peptides, where short alkyl chains limit irreversible adsorption, and a direct equivalent to ACE — an existing method transfers without a change in selectivity. More stable with high aqueous mobile phases than most C4 phases. Analysis of pharmaceuticals and natural products.
