SAQ-RP

SAQ-RP is the HPLC Columns section for Vintage Chrom Sync Aqua RP columns, a reversed-phase chemistry made for mobile phases with a high water content. Analytical chemists reach for these columns when polar analytes elute too early on a conventional C18.

Thirty-four columns are listed, all in 125 mm lengths with 4 mm or 4.6 mm internal diameters. Two particle sizes are offered on the 80 Å pore: 4 µm for sharper peaks and better resolution in routine analytical work, and 10 µm where a heavier sample load or a lower back pressure matters more than efficiency.

When specifying an SAQ-RP column, start from the method you already run: keep the same internal diameter to preserve flow rate and gradient timing, then pick the particle size your pump pressure limit allows.
