Bio-reaction tube

Bio-reaction tubes are conical-bottomed tubes fitted with a vent cap, made for small-scale culture work that needs gas exchange through the closure. Protein expression, cell culture and microbiology laboratories use them in place of a flask when only a few millilitres are being grown.

Seven GVS tubes are listed, in 15 mL and 50 mL sizes. All are sterile with a conical bottom and vent cap, and the packaging choice is between re-sealable bag packs of 10 and rack packs of 50 for the 15 mL size or 25 for the 50 mL size.

Choose rack packing where tubes are used in volume and need to stand ready at the bench, and bag packing for occasional use where the re-sealable bag keeps the remaining tubes clean.
