MY-HILSIC lists the Vintage Chrom Mercury HILIC Silica HPLC columns. Laboratories analysing very polar, water-soluble compounds that show no retention on reversed-phase columns use HILIC silica with high-organic mobile phases to obtain retention and MS-friendly elution.

Ninety-four listings cover unbonded 100 Å silica in 3 µm, 5 µm and 10 µm particle sizes, with formats including 125 × 4 mm and 125 × 4.6 mm. In hydrophilic interaction mode, a water-enriched layer on the silica surface partitions polar analytes, so elution order is broadly the reverse of C18.
