Bond AQ

Bond AQ HPLC columns are reversed-phase Vintage Chrom Bond Aqua phases intended for use with highly aqueous mobile phases. Laboratories analysing polar, water-soluble compounds use them where a standard C18 loses retention under low-organic conditions.

The section lists 60 columns in 125 × 4 mm and 125 × 4.6 mm formats, each packed with 3 µm or 5 µm particles on 100 Å silica. This is a narrower selection than the general C18 range, focused on a single phase chemistry and standard analytical dimensions.

Choose 3 µm when you need maximum resolution for a short run, and 5 µm for lower back-pressure in routine use. Bond AQ is a natural first choice for organic acids, small polar metabolites and water-analysis methods that use little organic modifier.
