PSP-SI
PSP-SI contains the Vintage Chrom Psep Silica normal-phase HPLC columns. Synthetic, lipid and natural-product chemists use bare silica with non-aqueous solvents to separate compounds by polarity, including isomers that reversed-phase methods leave unresolved.
Forty listings are built on unbonded 85 Å silica in 5 µm and 10 µm particle sizes, in 125 mm lengths with 4 mm or 4.6 mm internal diameters. The 85 Å pore gives a high surface area that favours retention of small polar molecules.
