NAPP-NH
NAPP-NH contains the Vintage Chrom Nappa Amino HPLC columns. Food, beverage and biopharmaceutical laboratories use aminopropyl phases to separate sugars, oligosaccharides and other polar compounds that reversed-phase columns cannot retain.
The 54 listings are supplied on 100 Å silica with amino bonding in 3 µm, 5 µm and 10 µm particle sizes, including 125 × 4 mm and 125 × 4.6 mm formats. Amino columns run in HILIC mode with acetonitrile-rich mobile phases for carbohydrate analysis, in normal-phase mode as a basic alternative to silica, and as weak anion exchangers for organic acids and anionic species.
Condition the column carefully when changing modes, and pick the 3 µm packing when refractive index or ELSD detection needs the sharpest peaks. The 10 µm material suits preparative isolation. Lancetech Limited can quote any Nappa Amino configuration.
