UN-C18

UN-C18 is one of the broadest C18 sections in the HPLC Columns range, with 188 Vintage Chrom Vintage Uniformity C18 columns. Pharmaceutical QC, contract analysis and research laboratories use this reversed-phase family for everything from small-molecule assays to peptide and protein work.

The sample listings are 125 x 4 mm columns, available with 3 µm or 5 µm particles and a 100 Å or 300 Å pore. The 100 Å material is the general-purpose choice for small molecules; the 300 Å wide-pore version is designed so that larger biomolecules can access the surface rather than being excluded.

Choose 3 µm for the highest efficiency your system pressure allows, and 5 µm for longer column life and lower back pressure on older instruments.
