Pvdf Disc Membrane

A PVDF disc membrane is a polyvinylidene fluoride filter available in hydrophilic and hydrophobic forms, used for sample filtration, venting and protein work. Analytical and bioscience laboratories choose PVDF disc membranes when a durable fluoropolymer membrane is wanted.

Three GVS listings are available: a 1 inch hydrophobic disc at 1.2 µm in packs of 500, and two kits pairing hydrophilic discs with a matching device holder, one at 25 mm and 0.45 µm with ten holders and one at 47 mm and 0.22 µm.

Pick hydrophobic PVDF for venting or gas filtration and hydrophilic PVDF for aqueous samples; the kits are a convenient start for laboratories that do not yet own holders. Lancetech Limited can quote further PVDF disc membrane sizes and grades from GVS.
