Proteinase K

Proteinase K is an enzyme used to digest proteins during DNA and RNA extraction and other sample preparation steps. Molecular biology, diagnostic and genomics laboratories use it routinely in nucleic acid preparation workflows.

Three GVS pack sizes are listed: a 1 g bottle, a 50 g bottle and a 100 g bottle, so the range serves both small research groups and high throughput extraction facilities that consume the enzyme in bulk.
