Pesticide Standards
Pesticide standards are single compound calibration solutions used in food, water and environmental laboratories for pesticide residue analysis by LC-MS and GC-MS. They give analysts a defined concentration of a named analyte, often isotopically labelled, for calibration and recovery work.
The seven Reagecon listings include labelled standards such as 2,4-D 13C6 at 100 µg/mL in either acetonitrile or acetone, Acetochlor-d11 at 100 µg/mL in acetone, and a Microcystin LR standard at 20 µg/mL in methanol.
Labelled compounds such as these are usually chosen as internal or surrogate standards for isotope dilution methods, while the solvent should match your sample preparation and injection solvent. Related internal standard mixes are listed separately under Pesticide Internal Standards. Lancetech Limited can quote other pesticide reference solutions on request.
