Immunoaffinity Cartridge
An immunoaffinity cartridge uses antibodies bound to a gel to capture a specific mycotoxin from a sample extract, leaving interferences to wash away. Food, feed and dairy testing laboratories use these columns to clean up extracts before HPLC or LC-MS/MS quantification.
The 20 GVS listings include aflatoxin B1 and aflatoxin M1 immunoaffinity columns in 1 mL format (packs of 25) and 3 mL format (packs of 20). The M1 columns are typically used for milk and dairy products, where aflatoxin M1 is the regulated metabolite, while the B1 columns serve cereals, nuts, spices and feeds.
Match the column to the analyte named in your method and to the extract volume: the 1 mL size suits smaller loads, the 3 mL size larger volumes or lower detection limits. Pair them with the GVS vacuum manifold listed in the same range for consistent flow. Lancetech Limited can quote other mycotoxin targets on request.
