pH Buffer Solutions

pH Buffer Solutions are the calibration solutions behind every reliable pH measurement. This is the largest section of our Electrochemistry range and serves water testing, food, pharmaceutical, academic and industrial laboratories that calibrate pH meters daily.

Nearly four hundred Reagecon buffers are listed. Colour coded buffers such as pH 10.00 at 20°C make it harder to mix up calibration points on a busy bench, and many values are offered in several pack sizes to suit occasional checks or routine daily use. The reference temperature is stated on each product so that you can match it to your meter's compensation setting.

A two- or three-point calibration using buffers that bracket your sample pH gives the most dependable results, so most laboratories keep at least two values. Check the reference temperature stated on the product against your method, and replace buffers once opened according to your own quality procedures. Ask for trade pricing on regular volumes.
