HPL-GC8

HPL-GC8 HPLC columns contain the Vintage Chrom HyperVin Gold C8 phase, the octyl counterpart to the Gold C18 packing. Laboratories choose it when a method references Gold C8 or when they want moderate reversed-phase retention within the HyperVin family.

Fifty-four configurations are listed: 125 × 4 mm and 125 × 4.6 mm columns with 3 µm, 5 µm and 10 µm particles, all built on 120 Å silica. Everything in the HyperVin range shares this pore size, so the choice between Gold C8 and its siblings is purely about the bonded phase.
