HPL-BDSC18
HPL-BDSC18 HPLC columns contain the Vintage Chrom HyperVin BDS C18 phase, a base-deactivated octadecyl packing for reversed-phase analysis of basic drugs and other compounds that tail on conventional C18. QC and method-development chemists in pharmaceutical laboratories are the main users.
The section lists 54 columns on 120 Å silica in 125 × 4 mm and 125 × 4.6 mm formats, with 3 µm, 5 µm or 10 µm particles. The HyperVin BDS C8 section offers the same formats with a shorter alkyl chain.
Choose BDS C18 over the standard HyperVin C18 when basic analytes show peak tailing or when you want lower silanol activity. Pick 4.6 mm to run existing methods unchanged, 3 µm for maximum resolution and 10 µm for loading. Quotations for any HPL-BDSC18 configuration are available on request.
