Extraction Thimbles
Extraction thimbles are porous cylindrical holders that contain a solid sample during Soxhlet extraction, letting solvent pass through while retaining the matrix. Food, feed, environmental and polymer laboratories use extraction thimbles for fat and extractable content determinations.
