KM-CN

KM-CN HPLC columns are the Vintage Chrom KSil Cyano range, a nitrile-bonded silica usable in both reversed-phase and normal-phase modes. Method developers use cyano columns to obtain different selectivity for polar and aromatic compounds from the same instrument set-up.

This section's 54 listings are 125 × 4 mm and 125 × 4.6 mm columns with 3.5 µm, 5 µm or 10 µm particles on 100 Å silica. It is a smaller, single-format alternative to the broader Cyano section, which carries the Bond Cyano phases in several pore sizes.

Choose KM-CN when your method specifies the KSil silica or when you want to screen a cyano phase in the same format as the KSil alkyl columns. The 3.5 µm columns give the highest resolution of the three particle sizes; 10 µm is the low-pressure, high-load choice. Ask for a quotation or a comparison with the Bond Cyano range.
