Drain PE Disc Membrane

The Drain PE Disc Membrane is a small polyethylene support disc that sits beneath a filter membrane in a holder to keep filtrate moving. Laboratories running micro-scale filtration in small holders use a drain PE disc to protect the membrane above it.

A single GVS listing is available here: a 10 mm polyethylene drain disc supplied in packs of 100. It complements the general drain disc range, which covers larger diameters, and the 13 mm disc membranes elsewhere in the disc and sheet membrane section.

Specify this disc when your holder takes a 10 mm membrane and needs a support behind it; for other diameters, the standard drain discs cover 13 mm to 293 mm. Lancetech Limited can quote other polyethylene drain formats from GVS if the 10 mm size does not match your holder.
