Cuvettes

Cuvettes hold a liquid sample in the light path of a spectrophotometer or colorimeter, and this section of our Labware range carries the GVS cuvettes used by analytical, teaching and quality-control laboratories across the UK.

Two formats are listed at present. The 1.5 ml cuvette has a 10 mm by 10 mm footprint with two optical windows, suiting small-volume absorbance readings where sample is limited. The 4.5 ml cuvette, also with two optical windows, gives a larger fill for routine measurements. Both are supplied 100 to a pack, with 1,000 per case for laboratories running high sample numbers.

When choosing, match the path length and fill volume to your instrument holder and the amount of sample you can spare, and check that two clear windows are enough for your method. If you need a different volume or window configuration, send us the specification and Lancetech Limited will quote.
